These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YellowPages Scraper Chrome extension, website, and dataset purchasing services ("Services") operated by YellowPages Scraper ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

The extension is designed for user-initiated, manual data collection from pages you actively browse. You agree to:

Paid extension plans are billed as recurring subscriptions via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

3.3 License Keys

License keys are delivered once via email after purchase. You are responsible for saving your license key securely. If you lose your key, you may request a reissue through our secure reissue process. Reissue invalidates the previous key immediately.

4. Dataset Purchases

4.1 Order and Delivery

Dataset purchases are one-time transactions. After payment, we prepare your dataset and deliver it via secure email link within the stated delivery window (typically 06-24 hours for standard orders). Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

4.2 Data Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that no more than 1% of core fields (business name, phone number, street address) will be materially empty or invalid in any delivered dataset. If this threshold is exceeded, we will replace the affected records 1:1 within 7 days of delivery at no additional cost.

Because digital data cannot be "returned," we do not offer cash refunds on delivered datasets. Our quality guarantee (Section 4.2) provides the remedy for data quality issues.

4.4 Usage Rights

Purchased datasets are licensed for your internal business use. You may not resell the raw dataset as-is to third parties. You may use the data in derivative works, enriched products, and internal applications.

We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards), cryptocurrency (USDT-TRC20, USDC-ERC20), Binance, Payoneer Wallet, and PayPal Wallet. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

The YellowPages Scraper extension, website, branding, and documentation are our intellectual property. YellowPages® is a registered trademark of Thryv, Inc. Our products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Thryv, Inc.

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Business listing data is sourced from publicly available YellowPages.com pages. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any business information beyond our stated quality guarantee. Business details such as phone numbers, addresses, and hours may change after data capture.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our Services at any time. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
